By booking services with My Feathered Edge, you agree to the following terms:
Appointments:

A credit card is required to secure your appointment.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee of $75.
Refunds:

Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once a procedure is completed.
Touch-Ups:

Touch-up appointments are recommended to achieve optimal results. Additional charges may apply if touch-ups are not completed within the recommended timeframe.
Age Requirements:

Tennessee law requires clients receiving tattoos (including PMU) to be 18 or older with valid ID unless parental consent is provided.
Medical and Results Disclaimer
Permanent makeup is a form of cosmetic tattooing. While we strive for consistent, beautiful results, outcomes may vary based on individual skin types, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
My Feathered Edge is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to:

Photo Release Policy
By booking with My Feathered Edge, you agree to allow us to use before-and-after photos of your procedure for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing. Photos will only be used to showcase our work on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

A $75 cancellation fee will be charged if cancellations occur within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

No-shows and same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of $75.

My Feathered Edge follows strict sanitation protocols to ensure client safety. All equipment is sterilized, and disposable materials are used where applicable. We follow Tennessee’s licensing and sanitation regulations for tattoo and PMU procedures.
